Bargarh Bar Association President attacked by three men

Bhishmadev Saraf, the president of the Bargarh Bar Association, was seriously injured in an attack outside the Bargarh court on Thursday. Saraf was assaulted with a liquor bottle after he attempted to assist three men who had fallen from their motorcycle on the road. Bhishmadev Saraf was traveling by car to the Bargarh court on Thursday afternoon when he encountered three men who had fallen from their motorcycle on the road nearby.
