How to File a Grievance
Please email hello@newspaksh.com with the nature of your concern, the specific URL on newspaksh.com that you are referring to, and the relevant information described below for each category of complaint:
1. Copyright Infringement Notice
Under Section 51 read with Section 55 of the Copyright Act, 1957, a rights holder or their authorized agent may file a notice identifying: (a) the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, (b) the specific NewsPaksh URL containing the allegedly infringing material, (c) a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, and (d) your contact details. We will act on valid notices within the statutory timelines.
2. Factual Inaccuracies or Defamation Complaints
Identify the specific sentence or claim in the synthesized story or key facts that you believe is factually incorrect or defamatory, provide an explanation of why it is incorrect, and attach supporting documentary evidence where available. We will review all complaints on their merits.
3. News Publisher RSS Feed Exclusion
Any Indian news publisher may request removal of their public RSS feed from NewsPaksh's ingestion pipeline. Send an email from your publication's official domain identifying the feed URL and your editorial authority. We will remove the feed within 48 hours of verification.
4. Personal Data and Privacy Requests
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, data principals have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of their personal data. Please identify the specific data you wish to access, correct, or erase, and provide proof of identity.

NewsPaksh adheres to the Norms of Journalistic Conduct prescribed by the Press Council of India and the Code of Ethics applicable to publishers of news and current affairs content under Part III of the IT Rules, 2021. For any grievance, readers and publishers may contact the appointed Grievance Redressal Officer (Level I) at hello@newspaksh.com. We are completing our intimation under Rule 18 with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) and aligning with an approved self-regulatory body.
