Ranaut addressed the media outside Parliament on Friday to clarify her stance, stating that the entire generation should not be judged based on the actions of a few individuals.

The shift in rhetoric occurred shortly after RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat expressed support for the younger generation, noting that their demands should be acknowledged and that they are not anti-national. Ranaut echoed these sentiments, describing the youth as assets to the nation and ambassadors of Indian culture. Her initial comments had previously drawn widespread criticism and sparked significant public debate.
