Prashant Kishor promises jobs for 10,000 youths in Bankipur

Jan Suraaj Party leader Prashant Kishor visited the Bankipur constituency on Tuesday for the first time since winning the August 3 by-election. During his visit, he pledged to provide employment opportunities to 10,000 educated, unemployed youths within the next two years. He instructed local families to submit the resumes of their children to his office to facilitate this process, noting that he would utilize his professional contacts in the corporate sector to assist in the job placement efforts.

The announcement follows criticism regarding Kishor's absence from the constituency immediately after his electoral victory, which ended a thirty-year hold by the Bharatiya Janata Party in the region. In addition to his employment initiative, Kishor stated that he plans to focus on improving the local education system and providing food grains to the community. He addressed his supporters by thanking them for their trust and reaffirming his commitment to working on their behalf.
